Hi,

I just made a pull from the master branch and it was already up to date.
Not all queries that use the new functions are successful. I will do my
best to fix them (one reason being I am returning a string in tokenize
method instead of a sequence and also some of the error handling parts are
failing). I will do my best to fix them soon.
And as for creating the results file I used the method indicated in [1]. I
will follow the same method and generate a new file and make a pull request.
