Haven’t been able to check the artifacts yet. I’m sorry. But I think
that we
need to cancel the vote if the checksums are not correct as the e-mail
archive should be a reliable source of the checksums.

email are wrong.
* The code compiles and passes all the tests.
* The rat report looks good.
* Tag is correct in repository.
The e-mail has a few errors but the release artifacts looks good.
