The commit for the tag apache-vxquery-0.6 is

Checked:
- hashes and signature correct
- LICENCE and NOTICE
- archive consistent with the tag
- all source files have Apache header
(all text files without an Apache header are expected test results)
- no unexpected binary files in release
- can compile from source
Issues (please fix those on master):
- NOTICE needs to be updated to 2016
- 1 (empty) file without license header or rat-exclude (should be
removed):
vxquery-benchmark/src/main/resources/noaa-ghcn-daily/other_systems/basex_scripts/.basex
