Thats exactly the issue here - from my point we can’t support from our side. It’s the other way, they can support the project by donating software. But we can’t guarantee support from our community, since all the developer are voluntary. And the ASF does not provide anything like this.
Typically a company, which supports an ASF project, provides such LOI. > On 11.
