Hello Wayang Community, I have submitted my GSoC 2026 proposal for the project "Building a Production Ready JDBC Driver for Apache Wayang" based on WAYANG 55.
Over the past weeks, I have been actively contributing to this work and have submitted: - PR 719 for the JDBC driver implementation ( https://github.com/apache/wayang/pull/719) - PR 722 for documentation(https://github.com/apache/wayang/pull/722) My proposal focuses on completing production readiness, improving compatibility with tools like DBeaver, extending SQL support, and preparing the driver for integration into the Wayang codebase.
