Autohide can come in handy. But I think that the selection of topics, and
their location is very lacking. It's better organized than the current
website, that's for sure. But most of what I said about the organization
of the current site still applies (but to a lesser degree):
- Some terms can be made clearer ("submit bug/issue", "the press").
- others are verbose ("artiles, blogs, newsletter"),
- some are missing ("media kit", "documentation"),
- some shouldn't be on a front page ("product information", "screenshots",
"awards", "statistics")
- some are duplicated ("bugs & issues"),
- some are illogicaly arranged ("bugs & issues" under About OOo;
"contributing work" and "product roadmap" under "Developer Workbench";
"articles, blogs, newsletter" under "resources"),
- some can simply be made clearer ("OOo Forum" -> "Web Forums").
So... yes. Although the content is much better than the current page, it
can still be improved.
