Here's another idea:

Just ignore the emails that are going around right now. Right now we're talking about a proposal we want to make. Let us work that one. When Matthew, Alexandro and I agree on a page we like, or at least narrow it down to a couple concrete designs, then we can ping the page for wider opinion.

Meanwhile, you can work on getting that CVS space setup and not dwell on the discussion. When we start reaching something final I'll send an email with the subject line "PING: Kay -- website proposals".

What do you think?

well -- this will work for me

Cheers, Daniel.

Dear Folks--

Well my e-mail has been done most of the day and I'm attempting to play catch up. This particular post illustrates remarkably well what I was trying to avoid by my message of yesterday pm. Now, we have 3 different scenarios to consider in 3 differnt places and except for a few of you, I think many on this list are going to find this discussion *extremely* difficult to follow.

Might we hold off with any more designs for just a few days until we have ONE central repository from which to view these--yes, we are trying to accomodate you in some reasonable fashion, or, failing that, can you please attempt to re-subject your messages so the rest of us can hone in a bit better on these different versions...thanks.
