I know it has been a while since I posted, but here is a list of
changes:
- Initial CVS Repository started (still waiting for JCA license to 
finish pending - after which, the work will be uploaded in its
entirety).
- Nicu's Pictures updated for left menus
- "About Us" re-added to the "Resources" menu.
- Added a description bar. (Have not applied styles).
- Added instruction text for side collapsible bars

I think it is better. If we display all of the links at once, it is quite
cluttered. The order of the links is quite logical, so that is not a problem,
IMHO. I can create a caption if people would like. Something like:
[Click the title bars to begin], etc.
