I realise that this page is far from finished, and also realise that I do not have an accessible Native Language selector. However, I believe that this is > good enough to see what it could be.

The banner looks fine, aas does the top menu and the main column. But there is nothing on the left-hand side at all except for a thing saying "Hello World". Assuming this is correct. and you would plug in the NLC selector and everything else that had ebeen in that column there, it might be a winner. But I';m too busy mysef today to plug in the missing column, and unless someone else des that, it's probably best to concentrate on what we've got.
