Very nice indeed! It's neatly laid out & things are easy to find. The
space adjacent to Coming Events unbalances things a little but allows
room for short blurbs--this is necessary. We need a space for, say,
voting announcements. Or is the "Announcements" section designed for
that?

Attention seems to go first to the "Download Free" icon then to the more
general "OOo 2.0" graphic (which will change, of course). I like the
inclusion of "information" there, as my next question was, What if I
want information on OOo?

Which then raises the question: What is the Resources box doing? We can
rename the Support tab "Resources" (which is more accurate) or even
"Resources and Support," freeing up more space on the left navbar and
reducing possible confusion on the visitor's part.

That would then allow us to use the left navbar for items such as
"Sponsors" "Contribte Funds"--both of which are necessary there.

But these points can be discussed later, when we go over content on the
site.

Details, such as the banner color, etc, are just that: details. But
locating the NLC selector may be an issue. It is one anyway, of course,
to include it in the banner area. I assume the footer can be added
later.

What we do need to include--though content discussions will come
later--is a small area explaining what OOo the product and OOo the
project are. This can be, as Maarten has it, in the big download
graphic; it's a logical place for it.
