Have again tried to resolve most of the issues mentioned. I've made an 'offline' copy and uploaded it to some other webspace to bypass https:

Screenshots are again welcome, but don't bother when you got a good working Opera, Gecko-based browers (Mozilla, Firefox...), IE 5+... Mac screenshots are again welcome...
