I think that UCB and Database should be part of the first section. OTOH the "build tools" project could be removed from there and it can create a new section "building OOo" together with "Porting" and "External". This project is just a repository for external libraries we use in OOo. So you can see it as a project that is mainly used for building OOo but no "real" development happens here. I'm missing the "Bibliography" project. "QA" in "NL and L10n" looks strange. "Lingucomponent" is an OOo component and should be part of the first section or the "L10n" section. Besides that this page is a huge improvement over the current one. Now we just need one additional link to "Incubator projects" and this new page could be linked directly from the "Projects" link on the start page. OTOH I wonder why we should differentiate between "Accepted" and "Incubator" projects anymore. I think the problem is that while Incubator projects as "Distribution" and "Extensions" are quite lively a lot of others look nearly dead. Perhaps we should remove the differentiation and only list projects on the first page where real life happens together with a link to "other" projects. This would lead us to removing direct links to accepted projects as UI, External, Utilities and list them under "other projects". OTOH "Extensions" and other vivid Incubator projects can find their place on the first page.
