Hi Louis,
what do you mean by "licensing"? It seems to me unrelated to the
wiki guidelines subject.
Matthias
All of the OpenOffice.org domain, including the .services subdomain,
is covered by our licenses (http://www.openoffice.org/license.html).
These alert contributors to their copy rights. We need things to be
clear and will be discussing this at the CC meeting (note to self:
add to agenda) in Barcelona. So as I wrote, independent of
licensing, one can certainly go ahead with the guidelines, which are
about process and procedure, but at some point soon we will also need
to have a section--and it could, as I wrote, be independent of the
guidelines--on licensing.

Do we have wiki guidelines?
no, not yet
Do we need them?
a lot of people think so. Frank Peters ahs this already addressed
and has planned something...
At least I have just started a page for that purpose:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Wiki_Guidelines
important is that we align all efforts and clean up the existing
stuff (if possible) according the new guideline.
We've discussed licensing quite a lot and will do so again, I have
no doubt, at OOoCon.
Meanwhile, guidelines independent of licensing, are surely needed.
Go for it! ;-)
