project-news is already a RSS feed - so why not just go with that for

When you exchange the "List" at the end with "RSS", you got an RSS feed:

Maybe it could, but this requires a lot of additional CSS styling - it's
simply ugly and shows only the headline of the news, no intro text
whatsoever. I stopped using this for the Polish project just for these
reasons (not to mention it's not localizable) but I didn't try to style
the page.
But the blog in Collabnet seems like a better solution, could we get
some more info on that?
