I tried most of those filters and the tabs remained distinguishable
enough. Then again, I know very little about colorblindness, and
accessibility on the website is important. As a compromise, we could
add more contrast on mouseover, changing the entire background of the
tabs to a much darker color?

Could someone who can edit HTML please revert the test.openoffice.org
page style to the local (test/www/style/css/styleTest.css) CSS there
so we can try something there without impacting the general style
until it's ready and has been agreed on?
