many pages listed in "Special:All pages" seem broken like e.g.:

(in my browser nothing is displayed, apache returns just a strange
"200 OK" header but nothing else)

Sometimes, caching can cause odd lingering effects like this, so I have
disabled the Collections extension, and will let things sit for a few
hours. Then I will enable the Collections extension again and check to
see if the DE pages break.
More updates later.
The cache is cleared now, and I have re-enabled all the extensions... I
checked most (but not all pages) and everything seems to be working OK now.
Let me know if any new issues related to this change pop up.
