Hi one thing that we have been running for almost a month time is an
E-learning platform for OpenOffice.org ES. The application basically
includes some basic courses on OpenOffice.org and also interface with some
Live Classes we program on WizIQ.
After a session with Louis and Stefan we agree that is a good idea to
announce this project to this mailing list to see if there is a general
agreement on upgrading the project and host it on the
xxx.services.openoffice.org domain.
Some of the things we would want to evaluate is if we have enough
resources to mantain this courses and provide incremental updates to them.
Mantaining a multilanguage moodle app could be pretty time consuming and
deploying high end moodle apps too since you can start chat, forums, wikis
and such within moodle. Please comment on this and see if this is
something that we want/need.
