I think we already have a 'cake' graphicl somewhere it will just be a
matter of changing the url on the logo.
The cakes have always shown the right number of candles (IIRC).
Therefore I modified the last SVG source I have (6th anniversary) to fit
the ninth birthday.
As I'm not able to add it to the look.OOo repository, I uploaded the
file to my website:

As I didn't do anything but changing the number of candles, I don't
think I have a right to license my work.
If anybody thinks different and wants to use my modification under
whatever license - just drop me a line...
