No.  Only people who may have tinkered with their settings at some
point... say that they tried a few skins 4 years ago... and then set
back to MonoBook... then it's possible that after the default changed,
they remained on Monobook while everyone else saw the new default skin.

I've been thinking about that... if you look at the Extensions and
Template sites, they have a smaller height banner.  If someone has time,
we might be able to copy that smaller banner style and increase the
content area (means a rework of the Skin CSS).

Either way though, if we use the current OOo look and feel, we are going
to give up a certain amount of space above the content.
