This is an internal Oracle communication-related policy. I do not see
why OpenOffice.org contributors should be concerned with it or even
discuss it. It is individual effort of Oracle employees to be informed
and play by the internal rules.
If you want to discuss it with Oracle employees or maybe you would like
to warn your friends working at Oracle about this policy, there are far
better ways than website-dev public mailing list.

This list is for Javascript,css and design related issues. Not for the
content or policy.
Well shoot, I can't remove the post - I can say that I consider the
question retracted as far as this list is concerned then and will expect
no answer from here. Not the best solution but the best I can do.
