Ok, so here are some info;

The list of things to do before graduation, is things not yet done and you
listed what has been achieved so far. This early in the incubation, I would
put something like this "Weex community is really excited of getting going
and we are in the process of getting organized" for this report. The
follow, "We have so far managed..." and your list of things.

The format/template is not strict and people are happy to see more engaging
language of what is going on.

The "webpage" you refer to is called the "STATUS page". The webpage will
eventually end up on https://weex.incubator.apache.org, which is a domain
that has been created, but no content/site has been pushed there yet.

The "questions" in the template should not be kept.

If the release was done outside Apache (which it must have been), then it
is not a release. You can mention that while getting organized in Apache,
you still managed to crank out a release in the pre-Apache project.

But I am overall not disappointed with the first report effort. And after a
while it will be no issue.

Cheers
Niclas
