Open a ticket on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA (Red CREATE
button). In there select "New GIT Repo" (I assume that there is consensus for
Git). You should give URL to existing repo, which will be imported. And I think
there will be some communication from infra team, maybe a test import to be
checked and stuff like that.
