How long this kind of issue would take generally?
And about other requests from INFRA, is that possible to request user accounts

finishing this code repo request?
My sense is after these issues above finished we can migrate existing our
codebase https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WEEX-16 and documentation
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WEEX-13 to Apache.
