This is now complete and deployed. Testing has been done piecemeal, so I have
yet to try it end-to-end. Worst case, if there are any problems, you can do the
ldap modify commands manually and use the existing tlpreq script.
I also have *not* implemented any updates of committee-info.txt, leaving this
part of the process as is.
Several notes:
* For *add chair*, the minutes associated with the resolution will be displayed
next to the name to be added. Review these to determine which people to
uncheck. Once complete, press first the email and then the submit buttons.
You don't have to complete the email before running submit, but once the submit
is complete the list is updated/removed so it is important to launch email
first.
* For *remove chair*, no minutes are provided. For the moment, I'm keeping the
previous logic of allowing a single month overlap of chairs.
* For *establish PMC*, minutes are again provided - uncheck accordingly. This
function does the equivalent of the existing tlpreq script, making the board
agenda a one stop shop.
