Yes, as should templates/index.html
However these are both currently manually updated, and are not the official
source.
Ideally they should be auto-generated from committee-info.json.
Failing that, there should be a job to compare the files and report
discrepancies, e.g. to site-dev, so the file(s) can be corrected.
(BTW ESME moved to the Attic which is why I expected it to be in italics)
