It looks like http://www.apache.org/index.html is now derived from
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/infrastructure/site/trunk/content/index.html
rather than from
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/infrastructure/site/trunk/templates/index.html
For example, bookkeeper is present on the website but not in the template.
I think this changed when the site refresh was done.
I don't know whether the template is used now.
[It really would be easier if there were a single location that projects could
update ...]
