I swear I sent a mail to the list on Sat night, but I don't see it in my outbox so it seems I didn't send it. Furthermore, I didn't see the discussion in the board tool until the meeting. Project description should be updated. It is too Whimsical. Single committer status of project is a concern. Project needs to focus on expanding committer base. GitHub is where we are seeing third party interest. In fact the majority of commits have actually come from a second person with a third person is becoming active. There is work in progress to make the hosting VM more manageable by the community as a whole. During discussion item B it was agreed that Whimsy would serve as a limited experiment "to propose and explore with the Infrastructure team to have bidirectional flows with GitHub". It is believed that this will provide useful input to the foundation on what processes are possible whilst not exposing the foundation to significant risk since there are many Directors on the project PMC. Whimsy will be placed on a monthly reporting schedule to guarantee appropriate oversight.
