Please do try to take good notes and post them. I'd like to see podings more integrated into the board reporting process. By that I mean separate pages in the agenda for each podling that is expected to report, with the ability to view, post, comment on, approve (for mentors) all being able to be done via a web interface. With that in place, I would like to see reminders only being sent to podlings that haven't yet posted. All the code is in place to do these types of functions, what would help me most is to have somebody describe what they would like to see in more detail. Down the road, once incubator specific functions are in place, hopefully how things work will be clear enough that people like yourself may be inclined to help out with coding of new actions.
