Sorry for missing this - I've been well behind on most email the last two weeks and didn't get to the Whimsy folder. Thanks for sending out the reminders.
I've had a look over the interface, and I'm fine with manually sending out the reminders on 30-Dec and 13-Jan for the January meeting. Ultimately I think this should be a cron job again for all those that would normally be ticked - I can't at this stage see why we wouldn't send out to a project that hasn't submitted. Other things to look at: - it doesn't appear to be noticing the board committees (note that Security got nor reminder) - it would be helpful to have a summary email of the reminders sent copied to board@ like Marvin, especially while it is manual to ensure no-one doubles up Is it helpful for me to put these as items in JIRA?
