DNS has been updated so whimsy.apache.org now points to whimsy-vm4. This means that we are running with a new version of Ubuntu, Apache, Passenger, Ruby, etc. Next up: I'm planning to update to rack version 2, sinatra version 2, and to update all of the javascript libraries (bootstrap, jquery, react, etc). Along the way, I'm updating wunderbar which will have a fix for https://github.com/rubys/wunderbar/issues/6 and will enable site wide copies of the latest versions of various javascript libraries and stylesheets. - Sam Ruby
