OK.
So there are these actions:
(1) Future - The IPMC chair needs to make sure that the layout is fully correct
when the report is submitted.
(2) Past - Fixing old records:
(a) Edit the board minutes in SVN making sure that only these particular
elements are adjusted (note that OpenOffice had some formatting issues in a
report - I think January 2018.)
(b) Rerun the edited minutes (Is this the secretary?)
