This is really critical to the smooth operation of the secretary workbench (and
by extension, the secretary role at Apache).
Can we please implement whatever is needed for gpg signatures to be accepted
for incoming documents?
Neither the former secretary nor the current assistant secretary is able to
help resolve this.
