3. sounds great. I'll throw away netbeans and start working with eclipse. sounds pretty straight forward.
That's pretty drastic :) I think you can do this with Netbeans as well. Save the diff as a patch (see http://subversion.netbeans.org/teepee/functional-spec.html). Eelco
