Martin, Just as a side note - I just verified that the license can be overridden by child projects - simply define a different license and maven ignores the parent license. I am trying to organize the projects in Wicket Stuff, and have created a common core-parent. Please look here and note the comments I have in the license section. This was verified with mvn site:site....
