I guess a confluence/jira backup is pretty much more important...
setting up a new teamcity/hudson/continuum/... is not *that* hard...
the biggest problem is getting the content back...

Would it be better to move our jira tracker to the atlassian hosted
variety (they don't provide a hosted version for confluence)?
