Have you had a look at the packages? So please give me an example how to
measure:
* constructor invocation time
* initialization time
* render time
* detach time
without injecting code into the existing classes to ensure that if you turn
off metrics it does not has any influence to the exisiting one by only using
the IClassLoader mechanism.
