Yes I realised that, just checking there was no problem putting the test
artifacts in my area of people.apache.org while we review/vote. (So as
to move things along)
The final release artifacts of course *have* to go into the correct area
(dist).

Suggestion: If this isn't resolved tomorrow I could just put the
artifacts at (http://people.apache.org/~psharples/wookie/) as a stopgap.
Sounds like a sensible fallback. Is there any reason we shouldn't do this?
