I can get the type-name for the restriction, but I cannot get the actual type
(by name) from the current XmlSchema instance.
I am also confused about how the API is working. In some places one can
retrieve the actual type by a "getType" bean, but in other places one have to
do "getTypeName"/getBaseTypeName" and then go to the XmlSchema to retreive the
actual XmlSchemaType instance.
What are the overall policies?
