As per https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SANTUARIO-533, this task is to
rename the WSSConstants ENCRYPT action as follows:
||Old||New||
|WSSConstants.ENCRYPT_WITH_DERIVED_KEY|WSSConstants.ENCRYPTION_WITH_DERIVED_KEY|
|WSSConstants.ENCRYPT_WITH_KERBEROS_TOKEN|WSSConstants.ENCRYPTION_WITH_KERBEROS_TOKEN|
The old action will continue to work for backwards compatibility reasons.
