As per https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SANTUARIO-533, this task is to
rename the ConfigurationConstants ENCRYPT action as follows:

|ConfigurationConstants.ENCRYPT "Encrypt"|ConfigurationConstants.ENCRYPTION
"Encryption"|
|ConfigurationConstants.{color:#871094}ENCRYPT_DERIVED{color}
"EncryptDerived"|ConfigurationConstants.{color:#871094}ENCRYPTION_DERIVED{color}
"EncryptionDerived"|
The old action will continue to work for backwards compatibility reasons.
