OpenSAML 4 dropped support for Java8 which most of the WSS4J downstream
projects still support. Thus, moving to OpenSAML 4 is not possible at this
point.
In addition, OpenSAML 4.1.1 is not available in Maven Central which would be a
requirement for me to OK moving to it.
