As far as I can see, WSS4j in 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT already runs with OpenSAML 4.0.x,
as Colm says. So that part is done.
Also note that OpenSAML never publishes anything to Maven Central, and has
never done so. OpenSAML libraries are always published to the shibboleth
project's public repositories. Unless they are mirrored in central or somehow
resolved otherwise, they will never be published to central. If they show up in
central, they are done by someone else and not by the OpenSAML team (which
would be rather suspicious).
