FYI Axiom is returning to my main focus and I am planning on calling a release
vote early next week with whatever is in the master branch of Axiom at that
moment.
[~veithen] please let me know if next week is not good for whatever reason.
The Apache Rampart project needed my help after a significant community
contribution, and I fixed all the problems in scope but a new issue appeared
and an individual has volunteered to debug the problem.
