[~veithen] thanks for letting me know.
I have completed the "dryRun" part of verifying my environment to release as
described in devguide/src/docbkx/devguide.xml - if there are any site updates
for Maven please explain or update the docs.
Last time I had problems with etc/dist.py as Python is not often a language I
code with and it seemed to based on pre python3.
Of course - feel free to release yourself if so inclined.
