That's another separate concern, whether to have the component version = carbon platform version. In this case, stratos version is not the component version either. For eg, tenant-activity and some other components were introduced lately. So in that case, they can have neither carbon version nor stratos version, but something independent and lower. What we have to decide at this point is to see the need to have stratos version (2.0.0-SNAPSHOT) for the stratos components. Relevant stratos service stubs already has the platform version as their version. Not the stratos version. Now the same rule seem to apply for the Stratos components too.
