Please add the following build extension to jaggery parent pom to fix the
snapshot repo deployment issue. We did this for kernel and platform build
too.

            <extension>
                <groupId>org.apache.maven.wagon</groupId>
                <artifactId>wagon-ssh</artifactId>
                <version>2.1</version>
            </extension>
        </extensions>
