I am not much clear on what do you meant by testing.. I hope that you are trying to debug the events and check on how the event flow happens in CEP. If yes then you can follow the doc link [1]. This functionality is called event tracing that will help you to check how the event transformation occur in each component. To check the event statistics which are incoming and going out from CEP.
