Found few issues on POM files and fixed them, now I managed  to run
carbon4-kernel on Jenkins without tests and SNAPSHOT also deployed to Nexus
snapshot repo. Now I will start the build with tests and see. ( Still we
need to scan all POM file and do some further improvements but other
project can continue now without waiting)

Eranda/Geeth/Vanji,

Now you don't need to build any part of carbon4-kernel to work on your
projects just add Nexus snapshot repo into [1] your parent pom file and
drag carbon SNAPSHOT versions from Nexus. As an example please refer this[2]
