It's nice to hear your interest.

May be first you can try Stratos 4.1.0-alpha by following Getting Started
Guide [1] and then select a WSO2 product to create a cartridge for.
Thereafter you could follow the cartridge creation steps I have mentioned
above. You could find the puppet modules released in PPaaS 4.0.0 here [2]

If you need more clarifications please let us know.
