Hi Chanaka,

Just noticed that even though we do not recommend to apply security policy
application via the UI, a user may tend to create a "Secured proxy" via the
esb console (may be for test purpose) since it is still available. If such
secured proxy is created then he will be in a state of doubt on how to
proceed with it. For example if a secured proxy is created with scenario
one(UT) unlike in previous versions he is not able to define the user roles
to engage with via the UI. So, IMO I think its better to remove the secured
proxy creation from the console to avoid confusion :) hence I have created
a jira [1].
